Hold off doing anything until the daily Episode quest reveals, it's about a 2.5hr wait beyond the normal daily quest timer. No point playing the game or completing anything until you know if there's going to be an Episode quest tied to it or not. CG have literally implemented mechanics that cause players not to play the game!
I do my things, from Day One, at 6:00 am because CG did stuff at midnight. Moving things because they changed their schedule? **bleep**, nice way to treat customers, CG!
