Character inventory screen QOL proposal

When you are in the character inventory screen, there is a blue bar under each character portrait that shows the progress towards the next star level for that character. The color of that bar never changes. I think that the color of the bar should change when the progress to the next star is at 100% so that it is easier to see when glancing at the character inventory screen. A third color for maxed characters might be nice also but I think the most important thing is to make it easier to see that a character is ready to be leveled. Thx
