Characters of KOTOR 2 and TOR

Are the characters from KOTOR 2 planned for the game? We have the Sith like Kreia, Nihilus, and Sion, as well as the Sith, but the Exile and his companions are still missing after all these years.
What would be interesting is to have two versions of the companions, since they can become Jedi in KOTOR 2. For example, Atton as he was at the beginning of KOTOR 2, then a version as a Jedi; Bao-Dur as a mechanic, then another version as a Jedi; the same for Mira, the Disciple, and the Echani woman. Mandalore and Go-To are also missing.
Similarly, since we had Malgus, can we hope for Satele Shan, Kira Carsen, and the Stranger (for him, since it's customizable by the player, I could see, to maintain this, a Jedi in a robe, without showing his face, or perhaps just a beard showing) ?
