To me it looks like you bought the pack, I don't have PayPal as an option for buying but I have to assume you clicked onto a further screen without intending to and missed the promo field. I'd keep chasing EA to return it, but the support is awful and you need to keep contacting them regularly asking for updates as they like to try close it off without confirmation from you
Yes looks like it's my fault but just disappointed with the support in this to be honest.
