Charged twice from webstore.

Hey team, i have charged twice on my credit card from the webstore for crystals.

Opened a ticket with your 24/7 helpline, have answered there request, but still no refund, is 7 days enough time for a refund, or is it time for a chat with the bank?

i would just like this revolved please.

FIXED. Ticket was closed.

  • Sounds like EA caused a fraudulent charge on your account.  If it happened to me, I'd report it as one.  Especially if EA or CG haven't responded after 7 days.  Absolutely zero excuse for a non-response from "Customer Service."  But, it's a common thing with them.
