(need confirmation) Jar Jar 100% instakill on basic

Question

so I was reading the ISB kits when I saw Director Krennic's Chain of Command Unique stating: If Major Partagaz is the ally in the Leader slot, all chance effects are increased to 100%.

Jar Jar has a 0.01% chance instakill on basic and because the wording isn't restricted to just ISB, has anyone tried Major Partagaz lead + Director Krennic + Jar Jar Binks and can anyone tells me if this works (I haven't unlocked Jar Jar yet)

P/S Stormtrooper Luke has a chance effects increased to 100% for Stormtrooper Han and Princess Leia only

I have to try it again a few times to verify, but my gear level 8 Jar Jar appeared to 1 shot Darth Talon and a few of the Dorito Troopers on the cantina 9 fragmented data node. &nbsp;I used Maj P lead, Krennic and Jar Jar and only basic attacked with Jar Jar. &nbsp;No other toon took a turn. &nbsp;

jar jar has 0.01% chance effects on his special abilities as well, I just think that the instakill is the most noticeable one

I tried it on mod battles, but a few people died anyway, then I tried it on a cantina node against three people and all three were still standing after Jar Jar's basic
