Cheating? 7* Padme unlock legit?

This is my GA opponent with a 7* padme. Not worried about winning but curious how he unlocked padme. Here are his separatists. How would you even unlock her with these? And if so how would you 7* her. Asking cause I’m worried i can’t do it with a full geos team.

    That gear alone seems impossible, then add in that they don’t have a single zeta on their team it’s definitely impossible.
