There's just no chance. Unfortunately, your account has benefitted from cheating. It is no longer in the same place it would have been, if it had been played within the rules. There is no way of rewinding those benefits. Your account will always have benefited from cheating. Therefore, even if your story were true, it can never be opened again. It just not even an option, no matter how sorry you are or how much you beg.
