Cheating and Appeals Process

Hello, my account was banned from the Colosseum for cheating, but that's not true. The thing is, I encountered a bug where my heroes, for some strange reason, didn't die from the Rancor's attacks but continued to hit him. As a result, when my heroes defeated the Rancor, I received a message saying you were banned from the Colosseum for cheating. I don't use any third-party programs and the game client was downloaded from the Google Play Store
