Cheating and Appeals Process

Hello, at December 9th, my account with ally number 716-553-654 was banned. I'm getting desperate because just a few days ago, I had to contact technical support because my second Google account, with ally number 773-794-144, had been hacked. We were able to resolve the issue since there had been unauthorized access attempts. My penalty history is blank, so I don't understand anything or why.

I don't know if it's all related. I've already changed the passwords for both Google accounts.
