T6 and T7 difficulties are very different, particularly P2. Lower P1/2 health in particular means less time to practice strategies and teams, someone can get 15% across a number of P2 teams but wouldn't score 5% in Heroic, which means the raid gives very fast.
Preferred change:
Reduced DN RNG
Least preferred change:
Reduced P1/2 health
Overall:
Good, but feels like T6 goes too fast to make it good practice for T7
