1-nihilus shield is still hogwash
2-the raid is still a raid where every guy in guild is need bur the reward is not motivated for member with lower dps : team raid but individual reward ... it is very difficult to mativate the rank 30 to 50in the guild to participate in raid... I hope you will change individual reward for group reward very soon
