What GP is your Guild?
I think we just passed 130 million GP.
What tiers did your Guild try?
We did a few T6 before change but mostly T5 because of the insignificant difference in rewards compared to the massive difference in effort. Have been doing only T6 since the changes. Probably gonna go for a heroic attempt very soon.
How long to complete those Tiers (1,2,3... or Heroic)?
Takes us 1 maybe 2 resets to complete T6 now.
Did you feel like you received better rewards for completing the Raid? (Not factoring in the shorter time to complete)
Rewards do feel slightly better, but still very underwhelming. 5-6 drops of 1-5 pieces of salvage for 1 gear piece means it will take something like 10 raids to get maybe a couple of pieces of gear which may or may not be useful to progress. I still feel like the rewards for me posting 0 in HPit and randomly placing 20th-ish, often helps my progress more than 5th place in T6 STR.
Do you feel your Guild is able to grow to be able to beat the next tier in the future?
Well yes, we'll get to heroic but not really thanks to the rewards from the raid because of what's described in previous answer. I'd probably rather just have GET or guild currency instead of the random gear drops.
Which change did you like the most?
P1 changes have made it a lot less frustrating.
Which change did you like the least?
I guess that the rewards weren't upped a bit more.
How has your overall experience changed since the update?
I like that the raid feels like less of a chore and a slog to get through. The smaller health pools are a big plus, but it's still slightly problematic that those members who put in the effort in P1 are easily outscored by those who don't get in before P2. It's still only very specific teams that are useful in the different phases, so you can't really fault anyone for not having a fairly useless go at P1 if they don't have good Jedi or JTR.
Overall, the raid feels like less of a chore which is great, but the rewards are still underwhelming for the time invested, imo.
