I am having a lot of trouble as well and am loving the difficulties. the only thing I dont like is the cinematic you cannot skip and you are forced to sit through each time you fail...
The trick is to take out chewie first and use dengar to stop R2 getting his smoke screen off and hiding him from you. If you can also use a Bossk lead with zeta that will help more than a boba lead for example.
