Chirpa lead?
Chirpa lead says 20% turn meter on basic attack is this every attack?? seems like maybe 40% of the time and then i zetad chirpa and it seems to have reduced the chance i get turn meter maybe 1 in 5.

- It's on your basic attack, it doesn't give you turn meter on any special attack. The zeta only works when you use special attacks.
- Yea 1x speed not seeing any bonus turn meter
- All 5 are 230+ speed just get face rolled chirpa lead works for 2-3 hits then stops and no turn meter
Watching videos now they are getting massive tm my chirpa lead seems to not work
