I think he would be an awesome addition to the game. No doubt there are characters that should be before him, but I just think back to how awesome he was in the Episode 3 game.

I think it'd be cool to give him a stacking speed buff similar to how Mail's unique works. Add in Serra Keto too and bam, synergy! At least from what I remember he was the fastest character in the game with her being the second.
