Clearly they think matchmaking is working as intended....

With tophats answers in the q&a it sounds pretty obvious that they feel the matchmaking is working as intended with the exception of the comment that they may be looking into players from being in dif...

It's easy to see if you will lost or not, just compare G13 toons. I have 3 and when my opponent has 8 or 9 then I have no chance.
One strategically placed G13 toon in a squad can nearly double the squads power; for example I used my troopers to kill NS, never had a problem until I ran into a G13 Mother Talzin who knocked all my troopers into yellow health when they all still had protection, no way back from that!
