The update is likely segmented because of server capacity. It's a good way to make sure thousands of players aren't suddenly stuck with unplayable games because of a server spike.

A lot is going on and it's new not just to you, summer child. It's new to us all. Maybe you should just sit down and breathe for a few hours or go for a walk if this is so distressing that you need to create forum threads about it.
