They are clearly trying to not have your tanks be "overpowered" when calculating your GW opponents. So the guys getting impossible GW nodes because their highest toons are tanks, who do no damage, will get lower powered teams in GW.
Isn't this what you guys have been asking for all along?

That's what they tell you, they obviously changed something and then changed it back because you all complained.
