Having both myself, they are both really fun. Cody will get my first Zeta (should be early next week). I haven't ran droids in arena for quite some time, but I also don't do full clones either. I probably will once Cody gets his zeta. (I'm always in top 5, there are also some droid players in top 5 as well in my mid-december '15 shard, all depends on your mods)
Work on farming droids, but keep working on clone sergeant on those hard nodes. Need some hard node farms anyway. When CS is getting close to 7*, you should have a fully working droid team, so can shift your focus to gearing clones. Also, don't overlook IG-100 for phase 2. Our top scorer uses him and can put in 2mil+ in phase 2 of hAAT cause of his counter with offense down significantly increasing his team's survivability.
