it was given out, completely randomly. People who didn't do survey got the x2 rewards and vice versa. Guess a compensation is a compensation :shrug:

That may be on your end now, the reports of problems have mostly gone away.

I got the original compensation, but didn't get the one for doing the survey. Filled out another help ticket. Oy.

I have filled out the Follow-Up Survey (albeit not the original survey), and I only got the global compensation.

I did both surveys and didn’t get the second reward. „Only“ one reward.

I take back my previous comment. I was expecting two compensation messages, but they were doubled in one! They did it right. I wonder if that's where are all the confusion is?
