Why respect one mechanic (revive) but not another (cannot revive)?

There are other toons and mechanics (not GL based) that cant be stunned.

It's almost like they have tried to add variants to this game to make it fun and have elements of strategy. That may not be for everyone, but with a little trying and understanding you can make lots if different things happen and work, without asking for the game to be changed to suit an unchanging strategy.
