I would definately say removing mods on Twar could be a very interesting nerf, this would impact nearly all players very evenly

That said the old rule stands

Never nerf the good characters
Only buff the weak

The last Twar mix up with the useless characters getting boosted (Dooku was probably a bit much considering traya lead was available) was great fun, with mace Windu on my Jedi team, cup had a day in the sun, awesome
