Compensation is not equal for everyone

I can confirm I also received double compensation in a single message. It could have been communicated a little clearer as some folks were maybe expecting two separate messages, but overall I think CG did a good job with this. If you feel you should have had both but didn't, I recommend contacting Meathead to see if there's anything he can do.

If you filled out the survey you needed to supply your player ID and ally code so it's hard to imagine anyone getting missed out by mistake unless the completed survey didn't go through to CG. Perhaps a drop in internet when submitting?

FYI, debugging a game is the game developers issue, not the players responsibility. Sure we can help, but to give such incentive to people whom completed the quiz more rewards will sure generate a back leash ...

Just to clarify, even with double rewards, Its still just one email. I received the double rewards (i did survey and submitted a ticket) and the quantity of items in the email is double

to those saying you didn't get double after filling out the survey, you likey did get the bonus stuff but it was doubled in your inbox message, rather than 2 separate messages. to the message had `1000 crystals for example rather then 500
