Confirm Spend
Would it kill CG to put in a confirm spend feature? I just spent 2,800 crystals trying to scroll to a battle and their customer support said they couldn't help. Thanks CG! Thanks EA!

I accidentally bought 3 different character shards in the first tab , think it was about 1800 crystals ish .
Contacted support and Guy was fairly helpful, recognising that I wouldn’t use crystals to buy shards for characters I’d had 7 stars for a year or more.
He said he’d give just over half the shards back as a gesture of good will.
I said fair enough , Thankyou.
Haven’t received anything yet and all my correspondence to the same ticket is ignored .
This was 2 months ago.
