Quick Fingers, Sleepy Eyes, Video or Internet Lag, Patch Glitches, or CG Moved the Locations & failed to tell the entire populace they were doing so.
There are plenty of reasons it happens.
And yeah, honestly, it IS CGs fault since they don't have a confirmation button.
They have them on actual CASH Purchases but not Crystals.
Its lazy programming & a sneaky way to milk people when accidents happen.
