Confused with Kylo's Unstoppable omega
The new omega for Kylo's Unstoppable ability says that it inflicts Kylo with damage over time- why would i spend omega on that?? Im hoping it is just a poor arrangement of words

Yh 10 speednper debuff. And he takes reduced damage from % health effects (e.g. DOTS). Also every time he's damaged (by a dot say) he reduces cooldowns. The longer a fight goes on that fast and stronger this mofo gets. And he gains def and offense on damage to further mitigate damage and boost his own. I really like his kit now. Enough to invest in im not sure but it sounds great.
Obvious hard counters are Vader and boba which is something to consider, but with the def up he may be able to survive those OHKOS
