No Datacrons or mats returned.

I claimed the datacron mats but didn’t get them.
I got everything in my inbox and claimed them but the only thing I got in my inventory is the level 0 cron, none of the mats. Tried restarting, reinstalling, etc and still nothing. Ally code: 59...

Didn't get Datacron compensation
