Connection error for iOS
Hello all. I am hoping for someone, somewhere to know what the fix to this issue is.
Issue: On my iPhone iOS (18.6.1) approximately 2 weeks ago, when attempting to log into the game client, I was presented with a connection error. This issue presented itself well between iPhone updates so I can easily rule out any updates as being the cause. I have walked through all of the troubleshooting steps that have been provided by EA Help. My internet is top notch, and other applications have no connection issues. I have walked through all troubleshooting steps regarding Game Center (log out, unlink account, etc.) I have deleted the game client and downloaded again. I do still have access to the game on both my PC and Laptop. My account is linked to both Game Center and Discord.
I am really at a loss here. I spoke with EA Help over chat and all they could do was direct me to the links and steps above I have already attempted. Some of them multiple times. EA Help (which is not much help imo) requested I ask here in the forum. I have come across a few Reddit posts that start the conversation on this issue but do not result in any real solutions. Most of the posts I have come across are specific to Google Play which I do not use. Thanks for any input anyone may have.
