Connection issues

Facebook works, email works, App Store, Internet, and other online apps work fine. This, though, gives me frequent connectivity issues. Any idea why or if there's a fix? If other stuff weren't working I'd be inclined to blame my iPad, but everything else works.

    @WickedWally Thanks, but unfortunately that isn't my issue. My iPad is wifi only, so both the Google Play store and the 4G connection are non-issues for me.
