The League I am currently in is the Ultra Competitive Carbonite 5 League.
Just yesterday I was matched up with a player who had 9.6 mil GP and 4 GL’s.
If it was another Beginner, they would of been intimidated, but not me.
I had a Clever plan.
I messaged my opponent and told them I’m just poor little beginner.
I told them if it was possible if we could just do a draw.
Poor Soul, fell for it!
Than when the timer was almost up, I did sneak attack! He never saw it coming!

In the end, the Conquest Characters didn’t help him. A total waste.
It's funny that you think you out-played them.
First off, there is no such thing as a draw. A tie in banners is a win for the higher gp player. Secondly, that account in carb 5 clearly shows they do nothing, ever, in GAC. You will see those accounts. They will likely do nothing. If they ever played, they would not be in Carbonite.
Also, that's not a clever plan. That's just being a ... you know what you are. Edit: actually, you clearly don't. Everyone else does now though.

The game has no Draws!
My opponent agreed to the terms of Drawing because he knew he would win in the event of a tie.
Which means my opponent was being unsportsmanlike, If my opponent was an honorable opponent he would of messaged me telling me the player with higher GP wins.
My opponent didn’t message me and was banking on me not being aware of the Tie Breaker rule.
Unfortunately for my opponent, I was aware of it.
Thus, My strategy worked!
Your opponent probably didn’t read your message. They had gotten two wins and participated enough to get the event rewards. Your “strategy” likely had no impact on their decision to not participate. Any 9 million account in carbonite doesn’t participate more often than they do.
