Was a jedi master on the Jedi Council 10000 years before Episode he lead a group to Korriban to destroy the sith armies, was destroyed by a thought bomb created by Darth Bane..which also destroyed the sith army minus himself

Ugh, just stop please. You have the wrong Jedi here. Wrong time frame by a factor of ten, and the wrong Sith who created and detonated the thought bomb. I think you may be confusing Horn with Hoth. It occurred 1000 BBY. Bane convinced Kaan to detonate the bomb and told him the Brotherhood of Darkness would survive. It was Bane's plan to eliminate both the Jedi and the Sith in the battle, so he could start the a new Sith order with the Rule of Two.
