Conquest Bug/Issue

While playing the most recently ended Conquest event, the game crashed and stopped working 4-5 times. Each time the buttons would not appear to complete the battle. I was forced to forfeit in each instance.

Before I started my last battle, I had 364 banners/token. When I played my last battle, I completed and then got a message that the event has ended. My last battle would have given me the next crate without which I cannot unlock the new character even if I max out the crates in upcoming events. As you can check and see I had 364 and with the correct completion of the last battle, which was missed due to frequent crashes, I missed the 3 important banners/token. Please let me know how to proceed
