Get banned after beating Coliseum difficult 7

I did everything suggested in the article you linked, but more than 5 hours have passed and I haven't received any response.

Could you tell me when I should expect a response and what form it will take?

You won't get updates about the appeal. In the guide I shared, it calls this out to help set expectations:

Appealing your ban does not mean you will be unbanned. You will not be informed on any decision we make...

My guess is having everyone below level 70 is triggering it. Another poster claimed he did it with all level 59. Could be an auto ban bug based on era levels. Best I have done with all level 70 w maul at 67 but didn’t use him is 97% on tier 7. 

Yeah, that was me on tier 6. Still banned heading on to 17 hours.

This happened before - the calibrate the auto ban bot to the scores to date, but new toons and abilities can blow it out the water. Maul so much more OP than anyone so that will do it. 

Hope all affected get their bans reversed asap.
