One guildmate just quit. This was the last straw for him and if Grindquest doesn't change I doubt he will be the last. And we are already under-strength from people burning out and quitting recently.
A game should be fun not a frustrating endless grind that makes you wish you could work 80 hours a week instead. At least then you'd get paid.
