I think it depends on situation.
On my first run through to clear everything 3* and peform the kill or character feats I go for anything that maxes damage and then collect surviability disks for the cleanup of feats- mostly as cheesing many in 1 battle require you not to kill the opposing team quickly.
It also depends on your roster depth and GP, my method for an 11.9m account might not be so great for someone with half that, or who spends less or more crystals on refreshes.
Either way definitely check out people like Scrybe and Bitdynasty on You Tube as to what disks are useful for cheesing feats as they will not only save you time but also you might complete feats that seemed unacheivable.
