Not a bad idea, but i'd imagine it'd take a lot of work on cg's end which is why it isn't likely to happen. Realistically, you'd think with conquest having pick your data card nodes, that this wouldn't be terribly hard, but i imagine it changes the reward process dramatically.
They have the toons in proving grounds, proving grounds plus (pay, i know), and legendary store. But i suppose that make up is hard if you weren't even around when they released. Maybe start filtering them into normal shops after 2 or 3 years?
