It is absolutely unfair to change the game modes. Forcing the purchase of the conquest pass for the "testing grounds" to proceed with the game when before it was free. It is an absolutely wrong policy towards players who cannot play on equal terms with those who have already finished the game before your constraint. It would have been correct to leave the old mode and add a new one.
