As others have pointed out, core issue of any conquest omicron is that likely you wouldn’t use it most of the time, if the toon in question isn’t needed or ideal for certain feats.
I do like the idea of an CQ omi coming with a mechanic making the toon count as any faction, but even then the mechanic would need to be super strong for feat completion or it really wouldn’t be impactful for most.
