Conquest Pass Shards

Hello,

Can I ask why are we getting jipped out of character shards if we buy the Conquest Pass?

Previous Conquests would give us 2 or 3 shards of the new character in the top nodes. I note in this round we are only getting 1 shard of Gideon.

Why has this changed? Thanks
