Empire? Rebels with the right data disks melts them in less than 15 seconds.
Carth OR? Slow JKL with a very fast Jedi to open up and slow them down/stun them.

Now I don't know if you have these teams or not but Conquest counters are a bit different than GAC/TW counters.

Yeah fair point. Totally forgot that Malak shuts down bonus TM, but only against enemy Sith right? But if they get Fear from hitting on assists, even better. The battle yesterday I used Padme GR, I think part of the issue is every time I got prot-up Baze got a bunch of tm, then calls assists, which I get prot-up from, and repeat. But thats why I like the Padme squad for MM, at least nobody's going to die from a swarm attack and at some point somebody will start a turn with prot up and one shot Baze. Works a lot better when I have that Massively Overpowered purple disk lol.
