Whenever I counterattack dark trooper with a CLS squad or SEE in the comp the game freezes. Nothing works anymore, have to close the game and conquest energy is lost.

Got the Same issue with DARK trooper
Yes, I've had the same bug with both Phoenix and CLS. If you counter attack Dark Trooper, you lose your ability icons and can't do anything. Using the auto attack setting does nothing either.
I had this problem, so I'll echo that this effect is real, but I also had no problems bypassing it by using another squad.
You can also get this problem with the disk that gives a bonus attack on a basic vs. Mon Mothma's summoned trooper. If you kill the trooper with the first shot, the bonus attack still happens and poof go your buttons. Even letting the timer run out doesn't end the battle.
