This has happened before in Conquest. The reason given for the Deathmark not counting is that it is applied passively by the unit’s health dropping below 50%, rather than an active thing DR does.
This may be true, but is inconsistent with how other feats are tracked. For example in sector 5 we have the “inflict marked 25 times” and yet this can be done passively through a GG or LV team when GGs health drops below or when a taunt is dispelled on the LV team. These occur during the AIs turn and is not the player inflicting it themselves, yet it still counts. It should be consistent or the wording of the kit or feat needs to be changed because the kit reads “inflict deathmark” which is the exact wording as the feat itself. If you use a kit that uses the exact same wording as the feat asks for, it should count plain and simple.
By the way same is true for order 66. If it is applied via Scorches Special it is not counted.
Doesn't matter to them, you just have to work around it because fixing what's broken isn't a priority. This will only be around for one more conquest so their attitude is, "why fix it?" Same with broken datacrons, not a priority because we're only renting them for 4 months.
