Each conquest season (3 rounds) should have a featured character. If you beat conquest you get 100 shards. After the season you unlock the character. The conquest currency should be for gear, relic/ability mats. This way players don’t feel like they have to “choose” a character. It can be frustrating still working on my first character unlock. I seen a comment once saying if you wanted CAT you would have her by now. Not at the rate I have been farming her. I was low level when conquest first came out and my GP is only 3.5M now so still can not do hard. I have completed conquest normal but when CAT launched I managed just 60 whilst she was in conquest and since she left I have farmed 125 on tickets and crystals. It’s painful, so PG will be welcome if it gives a more structured approach than crystals in conquest store relying on RNG to show up.
I feel you, I'm in the same boat. I just started Conquest for the first time when CAT was already out for 1 Conquest.
