If specific squads are needed to counter those teams, that should be a prerequisite to enter the mode/difficulty tier. Because that means even though I may have the recommended GP, if I don't have the teams the game expects me to have then I'm at a disadvantage and won't be able to proceed. But regardless of teams, a synergized teams of Relic 7 units with 5 star mods and Zeta's should not be destroyed by team of Relic 2's. That's just dumb design. Maybe Relic delta will fix that once it applies to Conquest.
And just because I have those teams doesn't make the actual gameplay fun. Watching ewoks take 15 consecutive turns while I do nothing may be fun for you, but it isn't for me.
And if the game wanted to be considered a strategy game, there should be less RNG involved in the encounters.
