Wait, are you saying that I am part of this "sycophantic fanfolk"?

I just disagreed that it's "ludicrous" (your word from the first post) that a team with infinite TM gain will win battles if you don't stop their TM gain.

Gotta say it's a little weird that you think suggestions on how to get things done without money are a defense of forcing players to spend money. But you do you, little guy. I have always been one of the bigger defenders of each person individually prioritizing whatever parts of the game make it fun for that person.

Good luck finding whatever it is that makes you happy.

Not you, big shooter. Otherwise I would have stated so. The other two comments however are exactly who I meant.

I know you're just being helpful, but we're gonna agree to disagree on the ludicrousness of the game mechanics and the feasibility of simply overpowered teams being outmatched. But as I said, since I'm not that invested, I'll simply go back easy tier. Just think it's a bogus system that's designed to compel people to spend "just a little" (or a lot, given what they charge) every so often. Nothing new, and they're hardly alone, EA is just the most egregious with it and since they have a chokehold on top IPs, it's near impossible to avoid.
