conquest teams

So first to start I´m a ftp player and the next conquest has Malgus in it and as a swtor fan I want that character, but I can´t even get much shards because the characters of mine aren´t good (strong) enough and the difficulty is ridiculous. I mean easy has a character setup which can be very easy. But on the normal two Galactic Legends? Seriously there are even some teams in normal mode that I can´t beat with my best units without somemone dying and I do more on the easy mode and don´t actually get shards. I am nearly at 4 million points. So would have to wait a year at least to get him. So would be happy to get some tips for teams, but please no GL. Working on a great GL Palps at the moment.
