Consistency of placement for buy buttons

Not only fix the above, but please please fix the
placement of the BUY button between BUY screens for the same item... the second screen the BUY (finally) button is much lower then in the first screen! It's a waste of time and visually annoying.

Also, the stores are now way too visually busy with the addition of the "quantity" boxes. Consider cleaning this up, without shrinking text or toon icons further.

There are other issues but I will wait until after arena tomorrow to verify.
