EP was what people had in mind here. Funnily enough you put Barriss (reimbursed) and Vader (not reimbursed) in the same group.
I did not know Vader was broken and I try to follow this forum. Placed my first zeta on him because I wanted, not because I thought he was too good, just a week or so ago.
Consider the skill without that bit and judge if it's still worth it.
What you are saying is that we as players should be able to gauge how the toons should be and then make our decisions based on that? That doesn't work.
There are very obvious bugs (hello, tie reaper) and then a lot of not so obvious ones. Reading the bug notes it seems like Tie Reaper is meant to work from the reinforcements, or was that addressed? I wouldn't know, as the bug notes do not say and I don't have the ship. Should I know invest to it knowing that it may still be bugged or should I think that it is now working as intended?
I just don't know.
