Cooldown in Challenges

Almost 2 years and we still have cooldown in challenges (100% PVE Content) I agree that for arena the cooldown is a must to avoid traffic / fast chain snipe. But for challenges? Come on. Isn...

@Darth_cowboy well, it happened buddy, 2 min cooldown now. I love how people are pessimist.
